SHIPPING & PICKUP

We bake in small weekly batches to keep every order fresh and high quality.

Please review our schedule and policies before placing your order.

WEEKLY ORDER SCHEDULE

Ordering Window: Friday – Sunday

Prep Day: Monday

Bake Day: Tuesday

Shipping Day: Wednesday-Friday 

Fresh Bake for Pickups: Charlotte Regional Farmers Market 

Pickup Days: Friday 

Orders placed after Sunday will move to the following week’s baking cycle.

SHIPPING

Ship Days : Every Wednesday -Friday

Tracking is automatically emailed once your order leaves our kitchen.

• Delivery times are controlled by the carrier (USPS/UPS)

• We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are handed off

• Please double-check your address before checkout

• Warm weather may affect chocolate or frosted items

For best quality during hot weather, local pickup is recommended.

LOCAL PICKUP

Friday Pickup: Armored Cow Brewery (5pm–9pm) selected Fridays check schedule.

Saturdays : Charlotte Regional  Farmers Market 8AM TO 3PM

Sundays: Charlotte Regional Farmers Market 

9am- 3pm 

Please bring your confirmation email when picking up.

Orders should be picked up the same day whenever possible.

Missed pickups are not refundable due to the perishable nature of our products.

FRESHNESS & STORAGE

All items are baked within 24–48 hours of shipping or pickup.

Best enjoyed within: • 3 days at room temperature

• 1 week refrigerated

• Up to 2 months frozen (wrap tightly)

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we prepare ingredients and dough in advance,

orders cannot be canceled once prep begins on Monday.
